What is the process of making your apparel?

Once your order comes in, it goes to the people who print the merch and the blank product gets printed by people who are very specialized in doing so! It goes through a quality check before it gets shipped from the printing place to your house.

How long will it take for it to get shipped and to arrive?

It usually gets shipped between one and two weeks. Shipping goes through couriers, so it usually arrives pretty quickly for it to arrive (as in, one to two weeks), depending on where you live. Mugs and phone cases arrive a lot faster, those usually take around 1-2 weeks to print AND arrive.

Do you accept returns?

In terms of sizing, there is always a very accurate sizing chart with each item. When something went wrong in the printing process or your item arrived damaged, you can send me an email through prudence@planetprudence.com and I’ll make sure to help you in the best possible way!
