Honestly, it’s just really tiresome to have toxic people around. Here’s a podcast on how you can recognize toxic people and how you can remove them from your life.
Lately I’ve been experiencing some toxicity in my inner circle, as well as people who I’ve gotten to know over the years that have been using my goodwill, laughing at me, and mainly I’ve gotten to know people who are always projecting everything around them and then make me feel guilty as soon as I don’t feel well and need some space. So I’ve been putting on huge masks to please others again. I learned not to do that in therapy, but since lockdown and a pause in therapy, it’s getting me back to where I used to be.
