Non European Union orders:
Print/sticker/bookmarks/postcard orders (shipped from Belgium)
I’ll have to manually fill in customs files for each non-European order for now.
I’ll also make it an option to ship them off with fedex (only non European for now, later also non European Union) -which is a bit more expensive but will get overseas at your doorstep within just a few days. With the new website I’ll make it an option that for people who order the limited prints regularly, they’ll be able to reserve prints until they decide it’s okay to ship them off.
I’ll have to completely custom redo my website to make it a lot more customer friendly and efficiently for me as well. The webshop will now stay online until further notice 💜
UK citizens can also still shop but as other countries (like mine) are not yet informed about the Brexit measurements that need to be taken, I’ll just hold your orders here for now until we get a go and have all documents in place 💜
Mugs/apparel orders (shipped from the press -like from Latvia, Spain,.. -not Belgium 😅)
Some items (like mugs and apparel) are shipped from the printing center directly so these will go through as usual and arrive as usual as well. If part of your order is a print, then the print will just be held here until we in Belgium get the right info and I receive the right documents 🥺💜
Patreon Care Packs:
I’ll ship off my patreon care packages with the local post system as it would otherwise cost me more than the package and I’d like to keep them up at this same price 💜 if you want them, please keep your spot, I really enjoy making them and sending them your way! I don’t mind the extra customs work 🥰💜 note that some care packages from December are still here with me until I get the customs documents from the post office (they don’t have enough documents available still and will contact me when they do -which is asap they said). These new rules started without anyone being aware of them and no one being prepared in the entire country 😩
So there’s now an option where you can pick shipping with FedEx for overseas orders! I have it all set to go and it will get delivered within just a matter of days. This option is not for merch! The merch already gets shipped with a courier but is way less expensive as it comes from a larger company with more shipments than mine (prices go down with more orders to ship) 💜
If you don’t mind waiting a tad longer on your print, I’d be happy to still fill in customs files manually for you and you can also still pay regular shipping for now 💜
This will only be like this until the website gets renewed and relaunched and then I’ll see what is all possible and update you again 💜

I also will most likely have to register my shop in the UK as well if I still want to sell to UK customers and it’s going to be a bit of a papermill along with a bunch of extra expenses, but I’d like to see it as an investment, keep my head up and face this bump in the road that we’ll survive together 🥰💜 I really don’t want to let anyone down and I really want to doing what I love so much 💜
